Welcome to The Mountain

There are such big dreams ahead.

It’s hard for there not to be. No matter how often I spend time there, The Mountain feels nothing short of magical to me. The Texas Hill Country had my heart from the very first visit, and the first time I walked this land, I felt like it left a mark on the center of who I was.

All I want to do now is give something back to it.

So we’ve dedicated these next chapters of our lives to restoring this slice of the Hill Country toward its pre-colonial environmental diversity, resilience, and beauty.

From permaculture design and ecological restoration to natural building through hempcrete construction, all while exploring both ancient wisdom and modern innovation, our hope is to share a journey centered on healing land, learning deeply, and building more thoughtful relationships with the world around us.
